Privacy and cookies

This notice covers visits to this public website. It does not cover information held inside the Coworkers client portal.

Your cookie choice

Essential cookies support features such as security checks and remembering your cookie choice. Optional analytics cookies help us understand how people use our websites. You can reject them and still use the site.

Website analytics

We use Amplitude to measure visits, links and other interactions. Before you accept analytics cookies, we count public interactions without a visitor identifier, session history or analytics storage in your browser. These counts use the day, the page and a fixed set of action labels.

With your permission, a random browser identifier and session identifier let us connect actions into visits and recognize a returning browser. We also record event times, broad referral categories and screen-size categories. The analytics cookie lasts up to six months. Events waiting to send stay in memory; they are not saved to browser storage.

When you follow links between Cater, McCauley Studios and Coworkers, the link can carry the browser and session identifiers. The destination uses them only if analytics is allowed there too. Each website has its own cookie choice. Cater and Cater CRM share theirs.

We exclude form answers, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, full URLs and private client records from analytics events. We do not record your screen. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track disable these analytics counts and sessions.

Changing your choice stops session tracking and clears analytics cookies on this domain. It does not delete events already received. To change your choice on another website, open its Cookie settings.
